The mechanical laboratory in the centre of Masonry at Danish Technological Institute performs test of clay units for masonry. Many of the tests are executed accredited and in accordance with existing Danish and European standards.

The laboratory performs the following tests, among other things:

  • Compression strength (fb) of masonry units acc. to EN 772-1
  • Net and gross dry density of masonry units acc. to EN 772-13
  • Determination of dimensions acc. to EN 772-16
