Our 3-Step water saving service
1. Assessment: This initial phase involves evaluating your potential water savings based on production figures and conditions. Different products and types of production have different impacts on the water consumption, both for the process itself and for the related cleaning procedures. Based on the information that you provide of your production we will prepare a confidential analysis to determine achievable savings. To keep your costs low, we do it as a desktop job, based on our experience and knowledge, benchmarking it against the industry data.
Once completed, Step 1 provides you with the best available estimation of your true cost of water, as well as a qualified estimation of your water savings potential. We also provide a quotation for Step 2.
2. On-site inspection and mapping: Once a significant savings potential is established, it is necessary to know where and how water is consumed to target your water saving efforts. Our team conducts on-site evaluations and measurements to map the water consumption and identify key areas for improvement. In case it is considered necessary, we will bring portable measuring equipment. Finalising Step 2, we will develop a catalogue of savings proposals, including cost estimates. Based on your wishes and ambitions, we also provide you with a quotation for Step 3.
3. Implementation and support: You choose which improvements to implement. Depending on the type of the project, we assist you during the design and implementation phases to ensure optimal performance. Whether it is process improvements, requirement specifications for new equipment or training of operators or cleaners, we tailor our service to ensure a successful project.
As a completion of the project, we follow up with supporting consumption measurements if needed and describe and validate the project activities and achievements in a short report. Together with the documentation we award you a diploma to recognise your achievements.
