SmartField Grand Opening
We are pleased to invite you to the Grant Opening of SmartField - a groundbreaking initiative to reduce agricultural nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions.
SmartField unites leading partners in an innovative effort to reduce Denmark's agricultural N2O emissions.
Our vision is to achieve a 20-30% reduction in agricultural N2O emissions by 2030, while maintaining crop yields and preventing nitrogen pollution displacement.

SmartField is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation
The Danish Technological Institute is grant holder on SmartField and the partners are Land-CRAFT - Center for Landscape Research in Sustainable Agricultural Futures, Aarhus University, Copenhagen University, SEGES Innovation, Colorado State University, The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries of Denmark and Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities.”
