
Pilot plant facilities - meat
Our pilot plant is registered and approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration as a food business operator and has a wide selection of traditional equipment to produce processed meat products. Batches can be produced from 10 kg and up.
If you need to test ingredients, optimise recipes or produce prototype products for dialogue with customers or presentation to consumers, pilot plant can support your test productions.
In our pilot plant, we can offer the following:
- Production of mince
- Salting (dry salting and injection)
- Drying
- Smoking
- Boiling
- Tumbling
- Canning
- Slicing (incl. assessment of sliceability and measurement of yields)
- Packing (vacuum and modified atmosphere)
Our master sausage maker has more than 25 years of experience in the craft and theory behind it, and he is ready to help with the optimization of recipes, formulating new recipes, advising on the selection of ingredients, the use of side streams, selecting process equipment and much more.
It is also possible to rent our pilot plant on a daily basis.
