NFTN 3. conference 2025

This year’s NFTN Conference has been expanded to a 3-day event to provide even more opportunities for networking, inspiration, and valuable insights into field trials.

We begin with a field visit to NSL Field Trials, offering practical input and discussions to set the stage for the conference. In the evening, participants can continue the dialogue over a networking dinner.

On Days 2 and 3, we cover the full process of conducting field trials - from addressing agronomic challenges and planning to field measurements, data collection with sensors, analysis of results, and their application in primary agriculture. Autonomous units and other technologies will also be discussed as tools for efficient data collection. This year’s program highlights Finland’s approaches to field trials, complementing insights from other Nordic countries shared in previous conferences.

The conference includes expert presentations, workshops, and round-table discussions, ensuring plenty of opportunities for knowledge sharing and networking. To support international participants, we provide airport transfers and conclude shortly after lunch on Day 3, allowing same-day travel home.
