The European Business and Technology Centre in India (EBTC) aims to assist the Business, Science & Research Community - in Europe and India - to work together towards generating new business opportunities in clean technology transfer & establishing business relevant cooperation in the field of research, science and technology. EBTC is a programme co-funded by the European Union and implemented by EUROCHAMBRES, the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry. A key role is played by 16 European partners combining business organisations, academic and research institutes, all of them with a successful track record in their respective field.
Danish Technological Institute has been an active partner since the start-up of EBCT.
Through our participation in EBCT and our access to key players on the Indian market, we can assist companies and researchers in generating export, new business opportunities and technology transfer in the field of energy, environment, transport and biotechnology.
Apart from sector specific support, EBTC is providing support and guidance on market access, trade and investment issues. The activities organized through the EBTC head offices in Delhi –
or through the regional offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata - include sector-specific events and activities, like flagship missions; market intelligence for European players wanting to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage; and various types of services, from market research to location analysis, from business partner search to company formation.
