Pressure from stakeholders, consumers, and society as a whole has made ESG a crucial part of any organization's strategy. Gradually, the company's growth, stability, and continuity are at stake. As part of this online course, you will gain knowledge of all aspects of ESG from a compliance and reporting perspective and be better equipped to help your organization develop a solid and long-term ESG strategy. The Certificate in ESG provides you with a comprehensive understanding of a subject that has gained increasing importance and attention among businesses, regulatory authorities, and researchers. At the same time, the certificate offers guidance on how companies can best prepare to meet their reporting requirements in light of the growing number of ESG-related regulations.
 

Participant Profile

This course is ideal for those who wish to be introduced to ESG and the various compliance and reporting obligations that the field may entail in the future. The course does not require any specific knowledge or experience in ESG and sustainability, but you must be able to understand English.
 
The course is designed for individuals in leadership roles, those working in legal positions, coordinators, compliance and risk officers, or consultants within a company.

The course includes 15-20 hours of online and interactive learning, including an analysis of practical cases.
 

Format

This online course package consists of multiple courses, which you can access for 90 days upon enrollment. Each course is divided into several modules, which you can complete in any order you choose via an overview menu. The modules contain audio, images, and text that cover the course content. Some modules include short videos with scenarios and cases. For each course, you have the opportunity to test your understanding of the content with assessments that you can take before, during, and after the course. You complete the modules on your computer or tablet with sound and internet access. You can control when to take the modules, and they can be paused along the way. Bookmarks are inserted where you leave off, so you can always continue from where you last stopped.

The AGRC Certificate in ESG provides you with a comprehensive understanding of a subject that has gained increasing importance and attention among businesses, regulatory authorities, and researchers. At the same time, the certificate offers guidance on how companies can best prepare to meet their reporting requirements in light of the growing number of ESG-related regulations.
