Danish Technological Institute offers to test the pelletizing properties of biomass such as wood and waste products for incineration and pelletizing of feed products. We offer single pelletizing of a few grams, pelletizing of several kg or several tons. Our results document the properties of the product.

 

We offer:

  • Single pelletizing and pelletizing of several hundreds of kg
  • Test of pelletizing properties
  • Test of calorific value and energy costs from pellet pressing
  • Test of durability of additives
  • Testing of new feed recipes
  • Pelletizing of feed for feeding tests

 

Equipment for single pelletizing:

  • INSTRON single pelletization (a few grams)

 

Equipment for large-scale pelletizing:

  • KAHL pellet press (50 kg/hour)
  • UMT unit (300 kg/hour)
  • Andritz M5 feed unit (1-3 tons/hour)
  • Andritz M12 feed unit (4-6 tons/hour)
