Exhibition package for companies

As part of the Advanced Energy Storage Conference, we are offering an exhibition package for companies. The package offers the opportunity to create attention for your company and get in contact with potential customers.  

The Advanced Energy Storage Conference is arranged by Danish Technological Institute, and it attracts participants from R&D institutes, manufacturers, consultants, energy planners and more. The conference program consists of various presentations and a panel debate and a dedicated exhibition area.  

All presentations will be published shortly before the conference (when available), and a book of presentations will be published after the conference.

Exhibition package  

The following exhibition package is available.

Logo visibility:

  • Logo with link to company website at www.teknologisk.dk/38681 and www.dti.dk/46317.
  • Logo with link to company website in dedicated conference newsletter.
  • Short company description in dedicated conference newsletter 
    (min. 150 and max. 250 words). 
  • Logo shown on slides shown during breaks. 
  • Logo and tag in LinkedIn post about the conference. 
  • Logo in the conference programme. 
  • Optional - half page advertisement for one product / service in the conference programme.
  • Conference roll-up with all logos. 
  • Logo in the Book of Presentations. 

Dedicated space in the exhibition area that will be visited during breaks:

  • 1 cocktail table.  
  • Exhibition area of around 2 x 2 m. 
  • Possibility to place two roll-ups close to the table.
  • Option to hand out marketing items and materials.
  • Power connection.

One free admission pass to the conference (value: EUR 187)

 

Price: EUR 600 (excluding VAT)

 

Further information on the exhibition package:  

  • All packages are sold on a “first come, first served” basis. The exhibition package is not considered purchased until confirmed by email. 

  • All packages must be ordered by email at jgw@teknologisk.dk. The order should include all information for the invoice, the name of the participant for which the fee is covered by the package, and your logo package in both web and print versions.  

  • The exhibition fee will be invoiced by DTI shortly after the order of the exhibition package has been placed and confirmed.   

  • The exhibition package includes only the materials specifically mentioned. The company is responsible for bringing, installing, and removing all company-specific materials.  

  • The package does not include any presentation slot.  

  • All prices are excluding VAT. 

  • The dimensions for the advertisement are:  

    • H 148.5 mm x W 210 mm.  

    • Colour space: CMYK or RGB.  

    • Ad image resolution: 200 dpi (minimum).  

    • Bleed or crop marks: none.
